How quickly can care begin?

In many cases, care can begin within 24–48 hours. We understand that some situations require immediate support, and we do our best to respond quickly while still ensuring the right caregiver match for your needs.

What services do you provide?

We offer non-medical home care services including companionship, personal care assistance, dementia and Alzheimer’s support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and respite care. Each care plan is personalized based on the individual.

Do you offer in-home assessments?

Yes. We offer complimentary in-home assessments to better understand your needs, preferences, and environment. There is no pressure to begin services—this is simply a way for us to provide guidance and ensure thoughtful care planning.

Are your caregivers trained and vetted?

Yes. All caregivers go through a thorough screening process, including background checks, experience verification, and onboarding aligned with our standards of care. We prioritize not only skill, but character and presence.

Will I have the same caregiver each time?

We aim to provide consistency whenever possible. Building trust and familiarity is an important part of care, and we do our best to match you with a caregiver who aligns with your needs and personality.

Is care available outside of normal business hours?

Yes. Care is not limited to a 9–5 schedule. We offer flexible care options, including evenings, weekends, and overnight support based on your needs.

What if something changes or I need to adjust care?

We understand that needs can evolve. Our team stays in close communication with you and can adjust schedules, services, or caregivers as needed to ensure you continue receiving the right level of support.

How much does care cost?

Pricing varies depending on the level of care, schedule, and specific needs. We will walk you through all details during your consultation so you feel fully informed and comfortable moving forward.
